Abstract

In recent years, China's urban and rural health and economic system input and output productivity level is generally on the rise, but the growth performance is uneven, China's rural health economic system input and output productivity growth rate is much higher than the city, whether rural or urban The improvement in the productivity of the health economy system is all due to the factors of technological progress, and the efficiency of the configuration is the overall ineffective. This ineffective configuration is caused by the decrease in management efficiency and scale efficiency. The main reason for the decrease of the scale efficiency in the rural areas is from the relative shortage of health economic resources investment. This deficiency includes the shortage of total investment and the dislocation of the input structure, which is lower than that of the urban areas. The The structural imbalance caused by the lack of matching between the existing low-level health practitioners in rural areas and their medical facilities may be an urgent problem to be solved.
