Abstract

The Mlamqust productivity index of China's provincial health economy has an increasing trend in the vast majority of China's economy. The growth rate of China's health economy is growing rapidly, and the source of productivity growth is almost always from the changes in technological progress. At the same time, relative to the continuous progress of technology, China's provincial health economy, the efficiency of resource allocation has not been improved accordingly. Compared with the western provinces, the relative technical efficiency of the provinces and autonomous regions in the eastern region is declining. From the trend of technological progress, in addition to the western provinces, the technological progress effects of the input and output of the health economy in the provinces and autonomous regions in 2002-2007 are Very noticeable. Further technical results of the decomposition of the results show that the western provinces and autonomous regions of the health economy input and output does not appear crowded state, this time the size of the lack of health resources should be caused by inadequate investment.
