Abstract
Because of the economic policy's tighten control in 2008, the "soft landing" starting from 2003 will be ended.China's business cycle will come into the stage with price and growth stabilities. At that periods, we will still focus on the aggregate demand management and also pay attention to the aggregate supply management. The growth rate will be around the natural rates. The growth rate will decrease a little bit, but the stability in the volatility will be kept.
