Based on the non - competitive input - output model and structural decomposition technology (SDA), this paper analyzes the economic growth dynamics of Jilin Province from 2007 to 2012, and analyzes the economic growth momentum of Jilin Province. The results show that: (1) Jilin Province, the overall economy showed a decline in efficiency and export shrinking state, technological progress is still the main driving force of economic growth. The final demand by the effective supply and overcapacity double constraints, can not provide strong enough economic growth in Jilin Province.
