The reallocation of resources and the distribution of interests are usually not accomplished through the exchange and distribution in clear property rights, mature and perfect market system, in the class society, plunder and conflict is often an important means of reallocation of resources and interests. The imbalance and balance of production and conflict dominate the evolution of economic system. The process of economic system reform is not just a simple issue of production and exchange, but also a process of redistribution between different groups of interests. To this end, it is necessary to construct the power paradigm of economics under the guiding ideology of Marxist political economy, and to explain the power attribute and power relationship in the distribution of resources and distribution of interests by depicting the evolution history of class society and the contradiction between productive forces and production relations.
