Research on employee silence behavior, mainly concentrated in the antecedent and consequence variables, including abuse of shame of the relationship between management and employee performance has been widely concerned. According to the article, when there is abuse of shame management of employees, if not to express true feelings, will lead to employee silence behavior, and enhance the abuse of shame the negative influence to the employee performance management. This study found that the abuse of shame between management and employee performance, employee silence behavior has partial intermediary function, and from three aspects: employees, managers and organization management Suggestions are put forward.
