From the point of view of division of labor and specialization,this paper expounds the characteristics of human capital of language.On this basis,this paper uses "beauty Game" to the individual language acquisition decision for the two phase of decomposition,the individual early language acquisition is to in the latter part of the human capital competition;and analyzes the realistic factors mechanism of private information of individual decision in the process of language acquisition and public information and the influence of two the formation and diffusion of information.
