Abstract

The development and popularization of electronic commerce brings a lot of information to users and users into the dilemma of information overload, so how to seize the opportunity to visit the web site users, allows visitors to quickly find the products they need, and ultimately make visits to the consumers are satisfied to pursue the goal of many websites. This article from the mobile phone website Yicheng from June 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008 three months of logs for the data of the full path using Web Log Explorer software to find customers browse products, and then put the path information of formation of product information and users visit the web page in the process of combining, through the Association rules method summarizes the characteristics of the customer on this basis, combined with the identification of new customers path information to recommend products to new customers, so that product recommendation more targeted on new customers. It is expected that this method can improve the satisfaction of the users and enhance the profitability of the website, so as to achieve a win-win effect.
