This paper uses DEA analysis method to measure the X efficiency of 10 major car companies in China from 2004 to 2006.The results show that: from 200l4 to 2006,the output efficiency of China's automobile enterprises shows a trend of continuous improvement.Through the analysis of the efficiency,the paper finds out the reasons for the inefficiency of the enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency.
