On the basis of the micro-data of Labor market in northeastern citys, this paper regress wage equation of men and women respectively, and decompose the gender wage gap. The research results show that in all quantiles of wage distribution, a part of gender wage differential is caused by individual character difference, and the last caused by gender discrimination; With the improvement of quantiles, gender wage gap is shinking, but gender wage discrimination is increasing. Therefore, the government should promote human capital of low-income women, not only that he should design and implement a fair wage system in order to gradually eliminate wage discrimination against women.
