Salary is important in the degree of labor value realization forms.This paper studies the national and 12 provinces (cities) before and after taking into account inflation factor worker total wages and average wages and labor disputes, the relationship between growth analysis before and after taking into account inflation factor and 12 provinces (municipalities) worker total wages proportion in GDP change trend, using statistical analysis data proved that our country Labour value realization degree has a significant effect on labor dispute.The conclusion of this paper is: first, compared with the high economic growth, China's labor value realization degree is low;Second, along with wage growth, number of labor disputes is increasing;Third, with GDP growth, growth in the number of labor disputes in, shows that the growth of the labor remuneration not synchronous with the growth of national wealth.
