Abstract
This paper uses the econometric analysis method to give the mechanism and the mode of influence between the industrial structure, the employment structure, the employment and the economic growth, and reveals the internal mechanism of the non-synchronous growth of the economic growth and employment growth in China, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment growth.
