This paper analyzes the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth in China with 29 Chinese provincial data of waste water, solid wastes and exhaust gas as environmental indexes and per capita income as Economic index over the period 1989- 2005.The results show that with the rise of per capita income, per capita waste Water emission appears a relationship of first increasing and then decreasing, but per capita solid wastes generated and Per capita waste gas emission take on monotonously increasing relationships.
