Convertible bonds because of has a dual characteristic of equity and debt and become an important tool for companies to refinance. Use convertible bond financing of listed companies, to solve the existing in the Chinese capital market securities investment lack of variety, equity financing proportion higher reality problem is of great significance. This paper analyzes the deficiency existing in the convertible bond financing, according to these major problems, puts forward some countermeasures to further perfect our country convertible bond financing.
