Abstract
Under the labor and capital relation model,the profit that union system has brought union members and nonunion members and employers is larger than the cost that they pay for the union system.Union system on the whole has played an active role to the United States and society.This conclusion has been confirmed by the supportive attitude toward union system held by the American public.
