SME financing is a worldwide issue, this paper discussed the main reasons and the solutions of the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises .combined with the current China SME financing situation, we put forward to solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises. on the one hand, enterprises need to continuously improve the management level and broaden the financing channels. on the other hand, we need to give full play to the government's macro-control mechanism and establish and develop small and medium-sized financial institutions and establish and improve the credit guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
