Abstract

The traditional incentive theory mainly studies the incentive system at the enterprise contract level, neglects the enterprise goal and the producer's incentive determined by the enterprise production attribute, and causes the efficiency loss of the incentive mechanism in the enterprise management. Based on the unity of production and contract, this paper makes an empirical and normative analysis of the incentive problem, and points out that the effective enterprise incentive system must be constructed on the dual nature of the enterprise.
