Based on enterprise’s essential property, the arrangement of production and contract determine a company’s achievement. Displayed by that system, management and ability o f production jointly will decide the company’s achievement. The analysis of actual samples shows that the degree of relationship between structure of systems of China’s companies on stock market and the achievement of the companies is closely connected with the feature o f industry. Thus it should be taken into consideration the match between system structure and feature of industry when making company’s policy.
