Abstract
Because that a single level of the securities market structure can ‘t meet the needs of the development of private enterprises, this paper puts forward the idea of constructing multi-level securities market system from the main board, the GEM and the regional small-stock plate, and draws lessons from the international experience. Conceiving methods of constructing the regional small-stock plate and activating the small-stock plate.
