In recent years, China's various price index continued to decline, the economy appeared deflation situation, the Government's implementation of a proactive fiscal policy is very correct. However, whether the adoption of fiscal policies such as issuance of government bonds and expansion of deficits in the coming period will lead to inflation or not is an urgent issue in need of research. We present the policy recommendations to control inflation by researching the real causes of inflation on the current fiscal policy.
