Abstract: The realization of the "dual carbon" vision requires the strong support of green finance, and at the same time, it also forces the green financial system to carry out profound changes. At present, China's green economy recovery needs financial support to promote industrial restructuring and low-carbon transformation of high-consumption enterprises. However, China's financial support policy system is not perfect, the market-led green financial system is still in its infancy, and the green financial organization system is not sound enough. China should learn from the financial support experience of the United States and the United Kingdom in low-carbon development, improve the legal system of green finance, innovate green financial products and services, and actively guide financial institutions, non-financial institutions and intermediaries to participate.
