Abstract: As the increasingly important role of emerging markets in the global economy, the emerging market economic cycle will have a more significant impact on the world economic cycle. Facing the formation of a new type of regional economic cooperation organization, the interpretation mechanism of emerging markets will be more complex. In order to better grasp the research dynamics of the economic cycle of the emerging markets, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the economic cycle of the emerging markets, the existing literature further summarizes the generation mechanism of the economic cycle of the emerging markets, and the future research direction of the economic cycle of the emerging markets is discussed. As the world's largest emerging market economy, China's economic cycle behavior not only has its own particularity, but also has the similarities with other emerging market economic cycles. In-depth understanding of the emerging market economic cycle has a very beneficial reference value for the study of China's macroeconomic cycle.
