Abstract：The digital economy promotes the rapid development of various new digital technologies and business models around the world, continuously breaks down the barriers of traditional business models, and drives the redivision of global value chains. It has also brought profound social changes to China. It is of great significance to the high-quality growth of China’s economy to deeply understand the positioning of the digital economy in various fields in China in the current information revolution era, and to cultivate new growth points in a moderately advanced manner. By sorting out the development of the digital economy in frontier countries and comparing the layout of China’s current economic construction, it is found that reducing the information gap caused by the digital divide, enhancing the innovation momentum of enterprises, and promoting the construction of digital technology infrastructure are the necessary measures for China to consolidate the rapid development of the digital economy.
