Abstract: In the post crisis era, the world economy is sluggish, and the resonance effect between the economic downturn cycle and global interest imbalance has given rise to trade protectionism and the development of "anti globalization", which has become an important obstacle to the sustained and stable growth of the economy. As a great practice of China's all-round opening-up, the "the Belt and Road" adheres to the development concept of openness, inclusiveness, mutual benefit and win-win results, actively explores the optimal layout of the globalization strategy, and leads the world towards a new era of inclusiveness and inclusiveness. The joint construction of the "the Belt and Road" provides good opportunities for inclusive growth of the world economy, but it also needs to pay attention to some key points and obstacles. In the process of promoting the construction of the "the Belt and Road", we should deepen the economic and trade development of Northeast Asia and build a road of mutual trust, mutual assistance, inclusiveness and cooperation through strategic coordination and docking, the construction of the free trade zone network system and Tumen River sub regional cooperation.
