Abstract: Labor Economics is a course closely related to real economic activities. It is one of the basic courses for economic management students in colleges and universities. The Trinity Teaching Mode of “investigation，learning and research” applied to the undergraduate teaching of Labor Economicshighlights the subjective status of students’learning, stimulates their interest in learning and guides them to learn independently to cultivate their learning ability, practical ability and research ability, so as to meet the needs of high quality talents for social development.
