Abstract: According to the micro data of Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the influence of education on rural labor mobility and income by using microeconomic measurement method. The results show that the higher the education level of rural labor force, the higher its mobility tendency, and the mobility ratio of labor force with college education is 5 and 2.8 percentage points higher than that of labor force with junior high school education and senior high school education respectively. The education level of rural labor force is positively correlated with its income level. The educational yield of rural labor force in urban labor market is obviously higher than that in rural farming. Among them, the educational yield of migrant workers with junior high school and college education is 4 times and 2 times that of rural farmers with corresponding education respectively.
