Abstract: The paper analyzes income effects of training on rural labors by applying propensity score matching method to their low earnings problem. The results show that both pre-job training and the job training can increase rura llabors' earnings, especially the effect of the former is more obviously. Therefore, the government should make reasonable the training policy for rural labors to effectively increase their income.
