Abstract:In recent years, the tense employment situation has made the concept of "employment first, then choosing a job" widely advocated. However, the reality is that some college students blindly choose their first job, which makes them in a "mismatching" and unstable employment situation in the labor market. This is not only detrimental to their own career development, but also reduces the productivity of the whole society. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the quality of graduates' employment while paying attention to the indicators of graduates' initial employment rate. However, there is no consensus on how to evaluate the employment quality of college graduates. This paper tries to give a scientific and reasonable conceptual framework of the employment quality of college graduates and points out the future research direction by reviewing and summarizing the current literature on the evaluation of employment quality of college graduates.
