Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey data of college graduates' employment situation, this paper measures the degree of education-work matching of college graduates employed during 2010-2014 by subjective evaluation method, and reconstructs and evaluates the employment satisfaction of college graduates according to ERG theory. On this basis, it analyzes the influence of education-work matching degree on employment satisfaction of college graduates by regression method. The results show that moderate education has a significant positive impact on the employment satisfaction of college graduates. Insufficient education has a significant negative impact on the employment satisfaction of college graduates. Over-education has a negative impact on the employment satisfaction of college graduates, but it is not statistically significant.
