Abstract: At present，the government attempts to achieve migrant workers’high-quality em ployment through training. Does government training really improve the quality of migrant work ers’employment? This paper applies microeconometric methods to analysis effects of govern ment training on migrant workers’employment quality based on 2016 China Labor-Force Dy namic Survey data. The results show that government training has a significant and positive effect on migrant workers’formal employment and wage，but no significant effect on their job satisfaction. That is to say，the governments mainly provide skill training at present，and has not paid attention to their improvement of interpersonal relationship，which may be the key point to improve their employment quality.
