Abstract: With the development of intelligent technology, its impact on the labor market has gradually emerged. In this context, this paper analyzes the employment trend of Chinese labor market based on Schumpeter's conceptual framework of Creative Destruction. The paper believes that the development and large-scale application of intelligent technology will change the occupation structure and skill structure of Chinese labor market, and then improve the mobility of labor between industries and regions, so as to opti mize the allocation of resources. The impact of unemployment caused by technological progress will be ef fectively alleviated through the improvement of self-skills and career upgrading, as well as the increase of labor mobility. In the long run, the total employment will remain stable.
