Abstract

Jilin Province is in the geographic center of Northeast Asia, the former thriving and wealthy district, and was proud by the whole China. Why its economic growth is slowdown in recently years? When and how to catch up with the medium-high economic growth speed growth train of China’s economic transformation? In our paper, we described the domestic and international economy situation and, analyzed the opportunities and challenges of Jilin Province in “Thirteenth Five year Plan” period under the framework of the overall revitalization of the Northeast. Then we outlook the new situation of economic development revitalization in Jilin Province, and try to make quality suggestions for the schedule to achieve the grand goal of completely building a comprehensive well-off society.
