Recently, the ninth institution of scientific research award (humanities and social sciences) the results, the  Jilin university economic  center professor Jin Chunyu and doctoral student zhang, associate professor of Nanjing university published in "economic research" in 20187 paper "monetary policy rules, policy space and policy effect" won the second prize.
