According to the Notice of the Jilin Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning Fund Office, "Applying for 2017 Annual Social Science Fund of Jilin Province to expound the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress." (Ji Social Science Planning [2017] No. 11), the report of our school is now. The notice is as follows:

1. The guiding ideology

We should hold high the banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and be guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Thought of Three Represents, and the Scientific Outlook on Development. Further, we should devote our research to a higher level in order to serve the economic, political, social, cultural and ecological civilization construction in Jilin.

2. Types, numbers and funding of projects

Applicants may apply for specific topics according to the topic selection guide (Annex 1), or they may design their own questions based on the detail of the 19th Party Congress.

The number of projects for this special project will be around 20 and will be determined by the quality of applications.

Each project is planned to fund a research funding of 35,000 yuan.

3. Research output and time limit

The output of this projects should be research reports or papers.

The research term of the research report is 6 months, which is completed before June 30, 2018. The final output should include a comprehensive report of about 30,000 words and a summary of 3,000 words.

The research term of papers is 1 year, which is completed before December 30, 2018. The output should be at least one academic paper published on Chinese core journal signed by the project leader.

4. Application request

The applicant shall be a teacher in a senior or above professional technical position or with a doctor degree.

5. Application method and time

Applicants should download the files attached to this notice and fill out the files in strict accordance with the instructions.

The research secretary will submit the files to the Social Science Department before December 15, 2017.

Individual applications and expired applications will not be accepted.
