Yu Baojun, male, professor and doctoral supervisor of Management Science and Engineering at the School of Management, Jilin University; Served as the executive director of Jilin Automobile Lean Management Society. Committed to research in areas such as organizational informatization construction, organizational architecture, and process optimization. In recent years, I have led over 10 cooperation projects with various enterprises in the core research field, and have rich experience in management consulting and information construction. He has published more than 10 academic papers and 2 academic monographs and textbooks in Social Sciences Citation Index and other journals.
