嘉宾介绍：

Samuel Alexandre Vigne，爱尔兰都柏林三一学院金融学教授，担任SSCI期刊Finance Research Letters的主编，International Review of Financial Analysis、Journal of International Financial Markets Institutions and Money、International Review of Economics and Finance和Research in International Business and Finance等SSCI期刊的副主编。其主要研究方向为计量经济模型、国际金融、公司金融和财政政策，在国际知名期刊上发表过多篇高质量学术论文。Vigne教授拥有都柏林三一学院的金融学博士学位和硕士学位，德国曼海姆大学商业经济学理学学士学位，以及英国女王大学的高等教育教学资格证书（PGCHET）。他获得过许多国家和国际研究基金资助，还是IPSE（Association of the Independent Professionals and the Self Employed）的顾问，为英国政府、英格兰银行和印度政府提供政策建议。2018年12月，Vigne教授被任命为英国高等教育学院院士。
