Ricardian equivalence theorem argues that the choice of the form of the government's fiscal income, does not cause people to the adjustment of the economic behavior. Modern economists, however, is not completely agree with ricardo, regardless of whether they are the necessary conditions for test or inspection there are debates on its conclusion. Through empirical analysis the applicability of the ricardian equivalence theorem in our country is imperative.
