Abstract: At first, this paper will join the MRV technology spillover effects in the model, obtained with the spatial correlation of economic convergence equation, then use Spatial Dubin Model between provinces in China's convergence and spatial spillover effects in the empirical test, the results found that China's provincial economic growth between the space of a significant positive correlation, and the overall meet the conditional convergence rule, on this basis, this literary grace The asymmetry of provincial spatial spillovers in China is studied by using the Spatial Dubin Model. The results show that there are asymmetry characteristics in both volume and direction of provincial spatial spillovers in China, and the two asymmetry have different effects on regional economic convergence
