Abstract：From the perspective of dynamic capability theory and absorptive capacity theory, this study explores the impact of foresight strategic change on enterprise innovation performance.Through a questionnaire survey of 315 topmanagers in enterprises, the results show that: Strategic change foresight has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance; dynamic capability plays a mediating role between strategic change foresight and enterprise innovation performance; cross-border search has a positive and significant moderating role between strategic change foresight and dynamic capability,and cross-border search is a moderated mediation, which positively moderates the mediating role of dynamic capabilities between strategic change foresight and enterprise innovation performance.
