Abstract: The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization，and emphasized that according to the general requirements of industrial prosperity，ecological livability，rural civilization，effective governance and affluent life，we should establish and improve the systematicalmechanism and policy system of urban-rural integration and development，and promote rural economic developmentas a whole． By exploring the design logic of the strategy of inheritance and innovation of rural cultural resourcesunder the background of rural revitalization，this paper puts forward that the core orientation of inheritance and innovation of rural cultural resources in China should follow the road of industrialization and the main line of creation of“productization，marketization and capitalization”． Based on this idea，it puts forward the basic principles，development model，market strategy and policy guidance that should be followed． A comprehensive study of these issues will effectively respond to how the inheritance and innovation of China's rural cultural resources can contribute to the successful implementation of China's Ｒural Ｒevitalization strategy．
